Monday Shop Rides!
Every Monday (weather permitting) at 6:30 p.m. we will offer group rides.
We will offer a short route and a longer route. The shorter route will be ~12-15 miles at a slower pace (12-15 mph). The longer route will be 22+ miles at a faster pace (16+ mph pace) with more hills. Maps will be provided for both routes. Please remember to bring you water bottle and helmets (required).
